good article,I could not tell you how many people ask"do you take your kidds to work with you,because I am MR mom 3 days a week.Sure I hand my four year old daughter my plasma to cut out stainless,then my seven year old is tigging brass.Heck he doesnt :p even have to wear a helmet.......right
