Thematically centered around the figure, this issue features interviews and articles on Elizabeth Catlett, Antony Gormley, Mimmo Paladino and Magdelena Abakanowicz. News, "Insider" listings and ISC info make it a must have. Join, subscribe or renew at <www.sculpture.org>

There is also a feature on Professional Circle member and Pacific Rim Sculptors Group president Keiko Nelson. <http://www.keikonelson.com/>
Dennis Oppenheim "Blue Shirt" Update
Last month Dennis' studio had requested ISC members weigh-in on the controversial cancellation of his contract for the airport in Milwaukee. Art in America reports this month that the contract has indeed been cancelled, despite moral and legal issues. Dennis and supporters continue efforts to reinstate the contract and complete the work.

Inside the ISC
"Figuratively Speaking" will be the next ISC conference opportunity July 24 - 27 at Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton, New Jersey.

ISC's Sculpture Community is growing rapidly and providing users powerful tools to share information, questions and ideas online. In the last 24 hours we have had members join from Lithuania, a prominent gallery, a Sculpture Magazine writer, and a public art administrator. Take a minute and "register" and then begin posting info. <www.sculpture.net/community>
