For the more experienced artist in the industry, which do you prefer and/or makes the most financially successful artist. Limited edition or originals? Just starting out, I am unsure of which way to go as far as bronze is concerned. Doing originals, I imagine, is difficult to make a living at. However, limited edition feels like it is degrading my work and the value of my designs. Also, copies in bronze is not cheap.

Hello,

it might be a start to read the life of A. Rodin. ( 1840-1917)

He turned making multiples into a real business. Using different sized editions, different materials, etc.....
Lots of artist follow his exemple today.

People ask if there are artists that where ritch and alive at the same time,...... he is one!

take care
