it's just a link to an anti-ALITO dem. petition... John Edwards seems to think that the dem. senators need an extra push to get them to try harder to stop the Alito train from reaching its supreme court destination...

Is he correct? can it make a difference?

The judicial system is moving to the right. The Country is moving towards the middle. I predict changes in Congress, which will be good if we are to be heard at all. :eek
