New paying member

I recently became a new paying member. I want to upload more of my pictures in the photo gallery but it tells me I'm still out of space. I have tried to get in touch with one of the moderators but I haven't received any response yet. I know it says we are limited to 2 kb of space for uploading pictures but I was under the impression that when one became a paying member we were entitled to more upload space. Can anyone help me?

I was never able to upload any pictures into the gallery. I'm not a paying member, but I still would have liked to post a couple of things.

I understand you have to be a paid up ISC member, which I am not, before you can post into the Photo Gallery. Here is Russ's thread (http://www.sculpture.net/community/showthread.php?t=897) back in 2004 about this matter.

Thanks Merlion. Thats what I am saying. I have payed for a membership and want to use it to the fullest. My dues have been payed and I just want a little help with the problem I have to get my photos uploaded. I can't seem to get a response from a moderator. I do appreciate you taking the time to research that thread for me. I remember having read that particular thread but I don't know if I could have found it again.

Both matters take a bit of 'detective' work.

One of the two moderators Sarah is an ISC staff member and her email is in her personal profile. Russ' email is not there, but being a ISC Board member, his email is in the ISC website.

About searching for a thread, the Search function in this website is not ideal, but reasonably user-friendly.
