I'm curious if the ISC has any sort of a lobbying arm in Washington DC, or, elsewhere internationally? Especially if the ISC is considered a professional society?
Has the issue of art resale royalties ever been discussed on either this forum or at the conferences? What do people think about it and the possiblity of federal or increased international legislative support for the resale royalty, which I think, in the US, is only so far supported in California?
