I was on the net and stumbled on this site and was very interested. We at M2 Systems (www.m2-systems.com) have been training the Jewelry and sculpture industry for some time now. We have been working with Bathsheba Grossman and bought her Solidscape machine when she decided to get out of the RP business. My brother had recently introduced me to Jon Lash at Atlier.

Since we started training people on Rhino, we have come across a number of sculptors. I saw that there seems to be many questions on CAD and RP. We have 3 Solidscape machines, the Envisiontec perfactory machine, 4 High resolution 3D systems SLA 250's and a number of CNC milling machines that we use to cut waxes for jewelers. While I am hopeing to reap some new customers, I feel that I can provide some unbias information in the high tech field.

Welcome, Johnny. Although in general we discourage posts that would be considered primarily advertising, we do like to hear of the experiences of sculptors in new technologies, among other things. With permission of the sculptors, of course, I hope you can continue to relate to us their work in this field.

Hi John - Welcome!

We've worked with M2 and they have expert capabilities in the rapidly evolving applications for RP in the jewelry industry. And these skills and capabilities bleed over to the fabrication of small sculpture - hence his excitement in discovering this forum.

Anyone working on the small scale in the digital world should take a look at M2 for RP. They definitely know their stuff.

And say hello to Jon Lash for me at the Digital Atelier - another expert in our field of digital sculpture fabrication.

Michael,
Long time no hear. I hope that all is well. Steve Adler said that he recently went to see you. Anything new going on? Did you end up speaking with the people at open laser systems /laserdenta? What do you thik about thier scanner?
