Hello,
I got on the forum with an interest in making a portrait figurative bronze of a woman. I still want to do this, or should say have it done. But, I've always kind of wanted to build some "things" and have worked with metal before. I didn't know that bronze could be bought in sheets until I read a post "translate to bronze'. This openned up a door for me. Besides a mig or tig rig, what other tools does one need to work with bronze sheet? Like, what do you use to cut it with? What do you use to put a curve or bend, or, how do you shape a piece of sheet? with bronze being mostly copper, does it retain the softness of copper? is it more like steel to work on or aluminium?
Thanks
