There's a Vancouver, California? Are you sure you don't mean Washington or British Columbia? (Sorry I can't actually answer your question, though...)

Yeah, there are several.
Emily Carr is a good school for art, although their sculpture department is not their strongest suit. I know a bunch of people who teach there, some very good and thoughtful artists. And its a very cool campus, on Granville Island.

Capilano College also has a fine art department, with some interesting sculptors teaching there- I particularly like the work of George Rammell.

If you are interested in a specific medium, you should make sure the school teaches it- for instance, I dont know if either of these two offers stone carving- you would need to enquire.
