There is a bit of Banksy in this sculptor. He places his nude toddler sculpture next to the City Hall.

In a 4-3 vote this week, city officials gave exhibit organizers two weeks to relocate a sculpture placed next to City Hall. The piece depicts a nude boy writing "Who is responsible here?" on a wall. ....

"I think it is chiding city government," said Mayor Tony Vettori, who along with council members Catherine Simon and Henry VanSingel, voted against moving the statue.

"I think the message is a little tongue-in-cheek," Simon said. "You could have put it anywhere in the city, but (exhibit organizers) chose to put it next to City Hall." .....

Very good! I have now found a picture of this naked boy writing something on the wall of the City Hall.
