Hey all, I'm putting together a short instruction sheet for buyers of my painted steel works, and also need short notes on bronze.
Anyone have something already? Or want to add some thoughts?
I think a single page, with tips on maintenance, will save me problems down the line. And answer some common questions for owners.
The gallerys so far seem very keen on the idea.

Araich-
I just include the following into my bills of sale:
On the care and feeding of your new artwork:
•Please bear in mind that this is a one of a kind piece of art that has been handmade
by the artist. Handle it with care.
•Metal finishes have been protected with a coat of paste wax. As the work ages,
brass and copper will darken with patina, and steel parts may get a light coating
of rust in a humid environment. This process can be stalled, if desired, by reapplying
paste wax if regularly handled. Personally, I enjoy the warmth of the patina a work
develops after time.
•If the piece requires repair due to mishaps, or after the warranty period, please
contact me for an estimate of the repair.
•Above all, please be sure to enjoy the new addition to your collection.
Its probably way to simple, but its better than nothing.
