I am doing my MFA Thesis on the topic of California Women Sculptors both historical and contemporary artists.

Areas of exploration are:
—Who are you?

—What medium do you use to express yourself?

—Why 3-dimensional form?

—How did you get into sculpture?

—What/Who were your influences?

—Do you create art within a community of other artists or are you a solo worker?

—What schools or sculpture facilities do you use or have used to explore or continue your work?

—How important is the California landscape and culture to your work?

—How important are galleries and museum spaces to showing your work? Commissions? Outdoor venues?

—Do you experience any form of gender discrimination regarding the performance and showing of your work?

—Can you recommend other California Women Sculptors, living or deceased?

—Would you be willing to be interviewed?
