Need help welding a broken bronze piece

I recently bought a C Jere Seagull piece. Sadly, one of the seagulls has become dislodged. I need to weld a small area (half inch by half inch). I know nothing of welding. Can anybody give me ideas of how to contact a local artist that could provide such a service? If it helps, I live in a northern suburb of Seattle,
