Im sorry if this happens to be a waste of your time, but I'm a sculpting beginner, and I'm only familiar with clays. I have an online shop and I'd like to sell small sculptures, charms, jewelry and what not, but i don't have access to a kiln anymore, and buying on is out of the question, so i was hoping to get involved with plastics. What i do is not detailed work, very simple, cutesy earring charms and what-not, so i need something lightweight, but i make lots of them. I was thinking maybe resin molds...any suggestions?
Also, i've been searching, maybe not hard enough, but i cant seem to find any prices on this stuff. Thanks so much!

The subjects you want answered, can't really be done in a couple of paragraphs. Here are some sources.
Here is one everything stop with on line videos (http://www.tapplastics.com/index.php?)
They cover casting and pouring of resin jewelery ect. Here is another with on line videos (http://www.hobbycast.net/video.htm)
One brand of resin (http://castolite.com/)
Here is another site that covers pretty much everything along these lines (http://www.smooth-on.com) Some people love their products some people hate them. Do an Amazon search for a couple of books on resin casting and making jewelery there are at least 3 near ones out there now. :D
