I have a unique opportunity to propose a bid for a public art sculpture open to students only. I would like some sort of form or outline to follow for the proposal in order to give the most professional impression possible. I could piece one together myself, but I thought I could benefit from the vast amout of experience available on this site. I tried a brief search and came up empty. Any advice would be much appreciated.
