May 21, 2008. A controversial work of art representing the human cost of war finds a home on a hillside just off of Highway 1.

It is called a "wind sculpture." More than 4,000 Tibetan prayer flags are permanently posted on a hill in Cayucos. Each flag bears the name of a soldier who has died while fighting the war in Iraq.

The art piece, .. is called "Blowin' in the Wind," ....
