As I understand it the artist must be in NYC. It is for Media Outlet/Publication: BER Times and you need to be willing to be filmed.
This was what was sent to me.
"Hello all, I'm looking to interview artists or art gallery
directors who are struggling in the economic downturn. The person
would have to be comfortable being filmed on camera. Looking
forward to any contributions! "
