On Saturday Feb 21st, the Blanden Memorial Fine Art museum, located in Fort Dodge, IA will have a family ceramics event and at 2 pm to 4 pm I will be there for a meet the artist/reception event, with a dozen of my works, photos, and a few original pieces on display for question-answers.
Let's show those in Fort Dodge who feel, and posted negative comments in the newspaper- ( that the arts and the museum are not worth supporting with further city tax funds-) that the arts ARE important and worth funding!
Let's JAM the place with art people and show them all that there's more art lovers around than the 80 who jammed the museum a few weeks ago for a 90 minute long lecture on a civil war era SCRAPBOOK!
There is no admission fee to the museum.
