Land Art Project in South Africa (http://soekershoflandart.wordpress.com) is slowly but surely taking off. A new addition is the Archeological Hotspot of the Year 20010. Students of the McGregor Waldorf School have transformed their daily experiences and dreams into rock paintings. For an impression click here (http://soekershoflandart.wordpress.com/2009/05/06/rock-art-in-the-dry-garden/).
The project is strongly community based with objects (made of 'materials of the land') scattered around in the mazes, labyrinths and gardens of this 10 hectare (25 acres) large estate; 2 hrs drive from Cape Town in South Africa.
