I've been a little scarce around here getting ready for a couple shows in the next weeks... Here's a work I just completed the other day I call Ascension. I think the lines turned out quite graceful with some nice pauses for the eyes. Perhaps it even has a feminine feel to it?
Cor-ten steel, wood with stainless hardware as usual. h12' x w3' x d1.25'

Quite nice, Sam. And you've found a great place to photograph these pieces. What's it like in winter? That might produce interesting photos also, depending on the state of the snow. I've never lived in really cold areas. (And I don’t know how the conditions would affect the sculpture, but many of your customers probably would have similar weather).

Thanks, fritchie. It's actually a barren, white wasteland in winter. I tried to find a pic, but it seems I've thrown them all away. The white of the snow and the frequently overcast sky make for difficult photography. Maybe that's why I've been making smaller works the last couple winters, so I can photograph them indoors.
The "neck" and the base of the upper element are amazingly slender. It's graceful.
