Wanna melt bronze?

You absolutely HAVE to read this post over at Alloyavenue.com

Foundry Tutorial Book

It's long but packed with more good information than I've seen anywhere. It might save your life and even save you some sweat and money!

I'm changing the entire design of my foundry because of it.

Re: Wanna melt bronze?

Ardor,
Thanks for sharing. Just scan it over and it does covers some important topics of foundry practice.
It would be even better if the author could add some pictures showing the details.

Re: Wanna melt bronze?

I just wanted to add that I found on his website a finished PDF version of the book.

http://prometheus.vndv.com/tutorial.html

You can also buy a printed version there if you want.
