Kiln needed

I am new to the community. I have perused some of the threads, and am enjoying the supportive, informative, and also entertaining responses!

I have just relocated to Dana Point, CA, and am trying to introduce myself to the artists community here little by little. Currently, I have several pieces of green ware that need to be fired, but have had little luck in finding any artists that offer their kilns for a fee to fire pieces. I have 14 years experience in ceramics, figurative work that ranges from 16" - 6', and have brought my portfolio to prove my experience so the artist will know there is very little chance my piece would blow, thus injuring their work or kiln if they were to accept my piece for one of their loads to be fired.

Does anyone know of an artist that would lend kiln space in this area (Orange County). I have talked to the Colleges and Emeritus schools here, but they will not accept any past work that was not done at their facilities, and you have to enroll in their beginning classes as well.

Any info, on just being able to break the ice here, and get involved in the artists community would be greatly appreciated, as well!
