Cast Iron Statuettes - Canada

Hi,

I have been searching for the optimal process to create a series of Cast Iron statuettes. I do not have a master yet but I do have a 3D model of this. Here are some details:

1) [12” overall height ]
96 cubic inches
humanoid figure on pedestal.

It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some help with a few questions I have been struggling to answer
A) what is the optimal step by step process to make these statuettes
B) Is it feasible to manufacturer statuettes in Canada out of resin and Cast iron.
C) What are some options to manufacturer Cast iron, bronze, or aluminum statuettes in Ontario or British Columbia?

If you are an artist and/or know a business or foundry that may be interested in collaborating with me to create these statuettes. Please email me.

best,
David long
