Identifying a mark on metal sculpture
I recently purchased a cast metal sculpture which I absolutely love and it looks great in our Victorian home. It is metal--I believe bronze or brass. There are a few small points where the brown patina is worn off and a gold color is showing. The sculpture is of a winged angel holding a dove in one hand and a large bowl of some kind in the other hand. She is 24 inches tall with the bowl and the base. The base is footed and victorian in design. At the point where the woman is attached to the base, there are the letters "far". I have been searching for information related to this mark. Please share any knowledge about this mark which you may have. Thanks so much. Cynthia
