Saddam Art Center, Baghdad
I got a letter from the director of the Saddam Art Center in Baghdad.
It was sent before the war started, but it seems that he is unable to renew his ISC membership because the government in Iraq had banned financial transactions with the US. We will be extending him a complimentary renewal. Thought you'd like to know how close the war really is. Jeff Nathanson President/Executive Director
