Arrow Image Reproduction Contract

I need a limited, non-exclusive image reproduction contract for my copyright images... I have put something together but wonder if others could post some examples.

And comment on possible pit-falls.

some very interesting examples of contract details between illustrators and large bodies [Los Angeles Times, Adobe, New Yorker ] the one with donovan and green might be helpful?

and you may already be familiar
with these folks.

Thanks guys. I picked up some good info there, esp in regard to time limiting.

I've put one together for a non-exclusive deal (re wine label), I think I've got it covered. Let me know if I've left something out.

BTW an ABN is an Australian specific tax number. And Arts Law is an organisation that provides info and legal services to artist and the public.
