Fabricating in fibreglass resin?

Hi, does anyone know the process involved with having large (over 6ft. tall) sculptures fabricated and produced in fibreglass resin?..
for those of you in Melbourne Australia, I am thinking of the sculptures at the Docklands by, Adrian Mauriks.

I would really like to find out how to go about doing this...what the process is, and who would be able to fabricate pieces like this.
Cheers, Tim

Mesh (chicken wire or something with smaller diameter holes) then paper mache. let cure. then fiberglass over that. if its a one off then you dont need a mold. Also this would work as a plug. use bondo to smooth it out and sand then use finishing texture or whatever you want to use. Ive done water features this way. Also polyurethane foam works well but $$$$.
