casting places in New England

HI-

I'm looking to get some small castings (preferably iron, but bronze may be okay) done. They are about 3.3 x 2 x 1". I know of one place outside of Boston that seems to only do bronze, but would really prefer cast iron. So my questions are:
#1-Do you know any good places?
#2-Should I sprue it up myself or let them do it?
#3-Cost estimates?
#4-Anything els I should know...

I've always done this while a student or prof at a school, but that is not the case right now. Cheap is of the essence.
