The series of images is intriguing - reminding me of long-ago days of opening the box of Grandfather's old drafting tools and carefully taking them out of the velvet-lining and adjusting them, and using them to make magic marks . . . and then carefully replacing them and putting the box back where it belonged. Your textural juxtapostions are so sensual - wanna trade?

Thanks Don,
I received your email with specific reference to my recent work "86,400 seconds in a day".
Must say that it is ironic that you have connected with the work because and my wife and I were at the Venice Biennale and connected with your Nefertiti. Gorgeous piece! Even more powerful for us because we love the Nef. Head in Berlin at the Charlottenberg museum.
We lived in Berlin for a month while Christo and Jeanne Claude did the Reichstag.
Again, good to hear from you and yes, I would like to trade some day. The compass piece that is featured on the SCG site is one of a series of 6 panels, each double sided for a total of 24 windows=24hours.
Will send the other images if you like and in the meantime,
you can click on these two websites for major works

and "what I did this summer" ......... a fund raiser for the Kapiolani Breast Center for cancer research.
50 gecko's for 50 artists in hopes of raising 500K
web site for fun.....http://geckosinparadise.com
I am in the process of booking for the ISC conference in New Orleans. will you be there?
grand daughter Erika on Gecko Eyes just before delivery.
Aloha,
Ron
