BASE DESIGN: There are several ways to design the base:

1) Kinetic Rotating: The base can designed so it could comfortably accommodate a circular sitting area for the wary visitors, while slowly rotating them and the sculpture according to the prevailing wind.

2) It could serve as CLOCK, by being clock-motor rotated 360 degrees per hour with an appropriate hourly chime, bell or melody as well as color changes of the powerful illumination at night. It can also be used as a SUNDIAL, indicating time and season on circles inlayed in the surrounding floor area.

3) Alternatively the rotating platform can be at the top of a fixed tiered circular sitting and rest area or a circular traffic island.

4) WATER - It can also be centered in a FOUNTAIN, a pond a lake, or river. In the water based version, you will not see the submerged base, which will rotate the sculpture according to prevailing winds and water-flow.
