Spraying polyester resin metal powder mix

I am looking for a polyester that I can mix with metal powders and spray.I hope to be able to spray bronze,brass and copper powders so far the problem I am having is the the mix stays tackie once sprayed.And does not harden 100%.Any ideas how to over come this problem.
