Thank you for your comments Artist007.
What the Chinese government has done in Tibet is Bad. My Chinese may be poor but the point of this work is well understood. One of the most nobel purposes of art is to seek out and state the truth, especially where it is lost or denied.
Art is a means to the acquisition of truth.

Your Chinese is fine, people don't normally write on a face. I don't know the third character, but the first two are fine. You are, however, using traditional characters, which they use in Taiwan, not China. There they use the simplified version. Artist007 is just ticked because he doesn't agree with you, I'd put money on it that it has nothing to do with the art itself. On the other hand, I used to live in China, and I can testify that they(the government) doesn't care in the slightest about what we or anyone else thinks about anything they do. So maybe he is commenting on the futility of it, who knows. His English is too poor to try to accurately interpret it. Communism sucks.

Thank you YueLiang for your comments.
I believe that the third character is "Out" and the sentence reads "China Get Out", quite correctly i used the traditional characters written by a friend from Taiwan. We spoke about the use of these more formal characters, which I understand are not used in China but would be comprehendible to the Chinese, and I choose to use this less polite version of what I was trying to say.
I thought that it was fitting to write on a face as it held symbolic significance.
I am sure that the Chinese Government will not change their ways because of something that I write, but I do think that they are very sensitive to criticism and I do believe that it is important, for me, that I comment through my art on society and governments.
Artist007 was kind enough to share his thoughts of some of my work, I wanted to engage his opinion of this one as it involves the Chinese government that he works with, (his blog indicates that he works with the police) I think he was quite clear in how he felt about this work of art and my opinion of the actions of the Chinese Government, and I thank him for his honesty.
I only want to have the opportunity to use my work to state what I believe to be the truth.
Thanks again for your participation
Kind Regards
Blake
